Please join us for the Annual Celebration & Awards Banquet held Saturday evening of the USEF/USDF ODS Championship Show, held at the convenient Holiday Inn – Wilsonville. The evening is sure to be exciting with our fabulous annual Silent Auction featuring Chapter and Barn Baskets, delicious food and terrific camaraderie. The evening is heightened with the annual ODS Awards Banquet, where we will learn this year's Special Awards Winners - Instructor of the Year, Horse of the Year, Volunteer of the year and more.

Please Order Tickets by August 27 for discount and guaranteed seating! Full price tickets will be available through September 8th and a VERY Limited number of tickets will be on sale the day of the event at the ODS Vendor Tent at the Championship Show.

Please note that we are not mailing tickets this year, however will be updating the posted reservation list as dinners/VIP tables are ordered and will work off of that list at the check-in desk the evening of the banquet.

There will be a no-host bar and social time starting at 6:30 followed by a buffet dinner. We won't start until the Championship Show rides are finished!

  • Banquet Dinner - $40.00 per person, includes general seating -- $5.00 discount for early registration
  • Reserved VIP Tables – $400.00 per table, includes up-front table placement (first come, first reserved) with dinner for eight, two bottles of wine, snacks and gifts

  • Italian Dinner Buffet with Baked Lasagna, Mediterranean Chicken, Bow-tie Pasta with Pesto, Alfredo and Marinara sauces; Garlic Roasted Vegetables, Rice Pilaf, Tortellini Pasta Salad, Caesar Salad or Tossed Salad with choice of dressings, Antipasto Tray, Seasonal Fruit Tray, Herbed Focaccia Bread and choice of Amaretto Cheesecake or Canneloni.

Silent Auction Donations are being accepted now! Oregon Dressage Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and making a contribution to the silent auction may be a tax deduction for you.

Money raised at the ODS Silent Auction allows ODS to provide a level of service unlike other USDF affiliates without raising fees or dues.

Commercial and private donations: please contact ODS Volunteer Lenora Long or anyone in the ODS Office for details, or, simply download and fill out the donation form and mail it into the ODS Office.

Chapter basket donations: remember that there is a contest with a cash prize for the most popular chapter basket (determined by the basket that earns the highest bid during the Silent Auction). Banquet and Silent Auction Volunteers are wanted and appreciated!
Please contact the ODS Office if you are available. At 1:00 we need volunteers to help bring auction items from the horse show grounds to the banquet facility. Decorating and set up begins at 3:00 on banquet day. We also need helpers with silent auction check out and clean-up, so if you can help after the banquet, that is also appreciated!
