- Italian Dinner Buffet with Baked Lasagna, Mediterranean Chicken, Bow-tie Pasta with Pesto, Alfredo and Marinara sauces; Garlic Roasted Vegetables, Rice Pilaf, Tortellini Pasta Salad, Caesar Salad or Tossed Salad with choice of dressings, Antipasto Tray, Seasonal Fruit Tray, Herbed Focaccia Bread and choice of Amaretto Cheesecake or Canneloni.

Silent Auction Donations are being accepted now! Oregon Dressage Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and making a contribution to the silent auction may be a tax deduction for you.
Money raised at the ODS Silent Auction allows ODS to provide a level of service unlike other USDF affiliates without raising fees or dues.
Commercial and private donations: please contact ODS Volunteer Lenora Long or anyone in the ODS Office for details, or, simply download and fill out the donation form and mail it into the ODS Office.
Chapter basket donations: remember that there is a contest with a cash prize for the most popular chapter basket (determined by the basket that earns the highest bid during the Silent Auction). Banquet and Silent Auction Volunteers are wanted and appreciated!
Please contact the ODS Office if you are available. At 1:00 we need volunteers to help bring auction items from the horse show grounds to the banquet facility. Decorating and set up begins at 3:00 on banquet day. We also need helpers with silent auction check out and clean-up, so if you can help after the banquet, that is also appreciated!
