The ODS Office handles the day to day operations of the Oregon Dressage Society, Inc, including, but not limited to Membership Services (applications, mailing and address updates, membership 'cards', bulk mailing, maintenance of memberhship database), ODS Chapter/Committee Insurance, Communications (phone, US Postal Mail, e-mail, website, official social networking), Show Services (approvals, results and records, award fees), Publications and Records. Additionally, the ODS Office is liasion to ODS committees.
Office Hours: Monday through Thursday 9 AM - 1 PM or by appointment.

ODS Director At Large Position Description:
- Serves a 3 year term (positions rotate); nominations for two positions accepted each spring/summer and election is each fall.
- Is sensitive to the thoughts and wishes of the Society membership and represents the interest of all ODS members at Board Meetings
- Attends ODS Board Meetings and votes on issues presented
- Discusses issues with ODS members and reports to the Board or the appropriate committee
- May be asked to serve on ODS committees
- Assists with communication between Office and membership

Regional Representative Position Description:
Each of the four Regions of ODS (Central, East, North and South) will provide one Regional Representative to serve on the Board.
- Serves a one year term
- Discusses issues with ODS members and Chapters in their Region and reports back to the Board or the appropriate committee

- May be asked to serve on ODS committees
