Colliding Rivers Chapter Officers:


Mission:

  • To provide educational opportunities to the members of the Oregon Dressage Society and to promote and support activities which encourage good horsemanship.
  • To provide quality instructors whose goals shall be to provide fundamentals of the classical riding method recognized as Dressage.
  • To promote and encourage the participation of amateur and youth participants in their efforts to select, breed, train and ride according to the goals consistent with the development of the dressage horse.
  • To adopt the goals and standards as promoted by the Oregon Dressage Society and the United States Dressage Foundation.
  • To endeavor to pursue fund-raising projects which will financially support the non-profit philosophy and practices adopted as guidelines of the Oregon Dressage Society.
  • To share knowledge with regard to the care and training of our horses, as the catalysts for genuine friendships and for the individual and collective accomplishments and creative expressions they inspire.

Meetings:
The Colliding Rivers Chapter usually meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at Seven Springs Ranch in Glide, Oregon. Guests and interested parties are always welcome.
