The ODS membership list posted below is in a PDF format.
How often is the list updated:
Typically the list is updated once a week during the busy months; otherwise, it is updated as necessary. The last date the list was updated appears in the upper right hand corner of each page.
What to do if you are not appearing on the list:
Allow up approximately 2 to 3 weeks to appear on the list. This amount of time is dependant upon the office staff's conference and/or vacation schedule and the volume of workload. Office closures are typically announced on the homepage and on the ODS Calendar and high volume times are typically announced via Facebook and/or e-mail auto-responder.
If you have allowed ample processing time and are not appearing on the PDF membership list, please phone or e-mail the office; in your communication, in order for our office to research the missing membership, please be sure to include:
- the date you believe you joined
- the way you joined (online, mail, fax)
- your daytime and evening phone numbers

What to do if you cannot open the list:
Be sure that you have the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer. This software is a free download available from Adobe.com
