The North East Oregon Chapter of the Oregon Dressage Society will be sponsoring the Baker County Dressage Horse Farm Tour on Saturday, October 13, 11:00 AM. The tour will begin at T & T Horsemanship in Haines, OR. Alice Trindle will demonstrate work in-hand with the dressage horse and will also give us a bit of information about Classical Doma Vaquera.
The tour will then proceed to Goodrich Farm, owned by Eric and Kristen Sandefur. Goodrich Farm is located on 64 acres at the base of the Elkhorn Mountains outside Baker City. Their breeding program is focused on producing top quality Andalusian, Lusitano and Hanoverian Sporthorses suitable for dressage, jumping and Classical Doma Vaquera. View these beautiful horses up close!
The last stop on the tour will be at Mill Stone Ranch owned by James and Carol Webb. Mill Stone Ranch is the home of the 2005 United States Dressage Federation Dressage Sport Horse of the Year Wenaling Failly. Mill Stone Ranch is a producer of top quality Dutch and American Hanoverian dressage horses.
Please join us and spend your day viewing many beautiful horses! The day will end with a potluck lunch.
