Next Wednesday, August 1st, is the deadline for nominations for the ODS Special Awards. On Thursday, August 2nd, the Special Awards Committee will meet in order to determine this year’s winners so that we may have the awards engraved in time for the ODS Awards Banquet. This means that your awards nomination must reach the office by August 1st in order for your nomination to be considered by the Special Awards Committee.

The ODS Annual Celebration and Awards Banquet will be held September 1st at the Holiday Inn in Wilsonville, OR. August 11th is the last day to pre-order your banquet tickets at the discounted price!

Full price tickets will be available through August 24th and a VERY Limited number of tickets may be on sale the day of the event at the ODS Vendor Tent at the Championship Show.

Costs:

• Banquet Dinner - $40.00 per person, includes general seating — $5.00 discount for early registration
• Reserved VIP Tables – $400.00 per table, includes up-front table placement (first come, first reserved) with dinner for eight, two bottles of wine, snacks and gifts

Dinner:

• Italian Dinner Buffet with Baked Lasagna, Mediterranean Chicken, Bow-tie Pasta with Pesto, Alfredo and Marinara sauces; Garlic Roasted Vegetables, Rice Pilaf, Tortellini Pasta Salad, Caesar Salad or Tossed Salad with choice of dressings, Antipasto Tray, Seasonal Fruit Tray, Herbed Focaccia Bread and choice of Amaretto Cheesecake or Canneloni

The Silent Auction is going to be exciting this year with some great, big ticket items as well as instructor gift certificates and the fun and fancy chapter baskets. Lenora Long has volunteered to head the ODS Silent Auction this year.
