The ODS Test Booklet contains an error on page 19, 4th level test 1. The first half of the test is actually 3rd level test 1. The second half is correct. The ODS office manager and board members have discussed the most cost effective way to correct the error – we have posted a correction to the test on the website and also include a page in the ODS Roster, which will be mailed mid-spring.

Otherwise, please contact the ODS Office and we will send you a printed sheet that you can tape into your Booklet.

Thanks for your patience. Long time members will remember many errors in the test books in the past. Just on an outside chance someone ever borrows your test book to read I would recommend making a big black slash over that part of that test.
