The following announcement applies to Friday and Saturday riding show dates.

Letter Perfect is still accepting entries for the Sunday sporthorse show.

Due to the number of entries received, Letter Perfect Dressage will be assigning numbers through a lottery for all entries postmarked May 1 and later. Each day will be treated as a separate lottery. The lottery will be held weekly on Sundays at noon up to June 10, the Sunday after the closing date. The First lottery day will be May 13 for those entries postmarked May 1 – May 12.

In the event that all ride times are filled before the closing date, an exhibitor will be automatically placed on the Wait List. If a Wait Listed exhibitor would like to withdraw from the Wait List before the closing date, no withdrawal fee will be charged. For all others on the Wait List, your entry will not be activated, and thus subjected to all USEF rules and fees, until a spot becomes available.

Because the show is seven weeks from now, entries may be subject to change. I would still encourage those that want to be on the Wait List to send in an entry.
