ODS Director at Large Election

• Ballots have been mailed out to members with voting privileges for the ODS Director at Large Election.  They were sent on Friday, September 21st using non-profit rate bulk mail, so please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
• This year there are the three candidates running for the 3-year term of ODS Director at Large.  The candidates are Siobhan Barker of Banks, OR, Edwin Miller of Ashland, OR and Sally Temple of Noti, OR.
• Please send in your ballot prior to the deadline of 10/20/07 so that it can be counted by the elections committee.
• Be sure that your ballot is sent on its own - if you enclose it in an envelope, be sure that the envelope reads “Elections” on the outside so that it is opened by the elections committee.
• Ballots postmarked after 10/20 will be discarded and not counted.
• Report missing ballots to the ODS Office at 503-681-2337 or office@oregondressage.com ( if you e-mail be sure to include your member number, name and current mailing address so that a replacement ballot can be generated).
