Dear Heart of the Valley Entrant and all interested parties,

As if you haven’t heard enough from me already! Today I write with what I hope is good news. Due to the overwhelming interest in our show, and in an effort to give participants a chance to compete, the 2007 Heart of the Valley Dressage Show will be adding a third arena to our competition. This will be an outdoor 20M x 60M hog fuel arena, so please come prepared to brave the unpredictable Oregon weather. Kari McClain (R) of Olympia, WA is our tentative third official (we have verbal confirmation and are just waiting on a contract).

We will be bumping our current closing date of 4/14/07 by one week, making our new closing date Saturday, April 21, 2007. We will process all entries in postmark order, as indicated in our prize list, entering our current wait list in draw order first. If we cannot accommodate our wait list and all new entries we receive in the time available, we will again hold a lottery beginning with the postmark date on which the show fills. If this lottery becomes necessary, we will announce the date and time over e-mail and on our official show website, www.redbrickfarm.net.
