Dear ODS Members,

As you may know, the Heart of the Valley Dressage Show just added a third arena to our already full and busy show coming up over Mother’s Day weekend (May 12/13, 2007). We are thrilled to be able to offer additional competitors a chance to compete, but adding an arena also increases our work load significantly. WE NEED YOUR HELP!

If you can, PLEASE put our show on your calendar and come spend a few hours volunteering. We have need in all areas at this point and will be happy to work out a good fit for your experience, interests and schedule. We will need the help of several volunteers to make this show a success, especially now that we have added an arena, and I thank you so much for you consideration and support in this matter.

Please contact me with your availability and interests at (541)231-7247 or jennifer.milburn@oregonstate.edu. If you have a horsey friend that can come help out - please bring them as well. Everyone who volunteers for at least 2 hours will receive a thank-you gift from the Mid Valley Chapter, and their name will also entered into a drawing for several great prizes throughout the course of the show (minimum two drawings per day, and you do not have to be present to win).
