Oregon Dressage Society is seeking Food and Espresso Vendors for several upcoming Dressage Shows and Educational Events in the Sherwood / Portland / Beaverton / Vancouver areas.

United States Equestrian Federation licensing regulations require show management to have food available on site. These shows host approximately 100 – 150 horses (we calculate 3 people per horse generally plus spectators).

We are additionally seeking an espresso vendor who can provide box lunches for training and educational events in the PDX area.

Please send a letter of interest indicating menu items (preference to a fresh, healthy menu), three references and a copy of your product liability insurance. Also note in your letter if your business is self contained (and the size of your trailer) or if you would need a tent and of any additional utility requirements (water, electricity / type, etc.).
