Planning to attend several shows this year?  Partially fill out the correct master entry form with the basic information about you and your horse – no signatures! – and make several copies. Store masters and copies with your Omnibus. THEN, for each show, finish filling in show name/date/location, class numbers/names, fees, and all required signatures.

Note that USEF no longer accepts affidavits of membership. You must provide proof of membership for every show or pay the $30 non-member fee. No alternatives. No exceptions.

So, once you’ve renewed your memberships for 2010, go to www.eqverification.org. Follow the instructions to print out proof of USEF and USDF memberships/registrations for you and your horse, all on one page. There’s room to tape your 2010 ODS membership card and a copy of your trainer’s USEF Competing Membership card at the bottom. Make several copies of this sheet to submit with your entries. The show secretaries will love you!

No ODS membership card? If you’ve gone green, you can send a copy of the transaction statement that you printed when you renewed your ODS membership through USDF. No transaction statement, either? Go to www.oregondressage.com, find the link to the 2010 membership list (usually at the bottom of the homepage), open it, and print the page that has your name on it. Or send a copy of the 2010 ODS Roster page that shows your listing
