ODS Fall Festival Information/Schedules
The current registration list has been published on the ODS website at http://www.oregondressage.com/2011_documents/fallfestival/reservation-list.pdf – if you have not already reviewed this list to ensure your registration has been processed accurately, please do so.
We have had an incredible response to this event – not only from our members and friends through their registrations, but also from sponsors, vendors and donors for our auction. The first 300 people registered will receive a “goodie bag” with coupons, samples and more (numbers are next to names on the registration list).
When you get to the event, please check in at the registration desk to obtain your badge and registration packet. If you are registered for both days, you will only need to check in on Saturday (but don’t forget your badge for admittance Sunday!).
Other details:
- If you are signed up for the entire weekend but are NOT planning on coming for lunch or dinner on Saturday, please let the ODS office know so that we can give the hotel the most accurate seating count.
- Because this event is USDF University Credit Approved, there will be additional paperwork for you to fill out at registration, plus sign in sheets and evaluation forms for each educational session. If you have not yet signed up for University Credit but wish to, you can take care of that when you arrive.
- If you have not yet volunteered, we are still seeking a few helpers for registration desk (early morning), to help sell ODS clothing/merchandise throughout the weekend and for silent auction check-out after the banquet. We could also use some helpers at the ODS office on Tuesday the 1st from 11 AM – 1 PM to stuff goodie bags and put together registration packets.
- We will have Restaurant Bonanza Raffle Tickets available all day Saturday – PLEASE consider supporting this raffle as the profits all go into the Linda Acheson Education Fund – $10.00 per ticket or 12 tickets for $100.00. We have about 390 tickets remaining. The winner will receive $500 in gift certificates from restaurants (2nd place $250, 3rd place $125). If you are coming for Sunday only and wish to purchase raffle tickets – please contact the ODS Office to so so.

From 205/N: Exit 24B/Airport Way East; the exit will merge you onto Airport Way—get into left lane, after first light, we are on the left
From 205/S: Exit 24/Portland Airport; Turn left at light off exit; on the left after second traffic light.
TIMES:
- 7:30 AM – Registration desk opens
- 8:00 AM – Classroom Education
- 11:00 AM – ODS General Membership Meeting
- 12:30 PM – Lunch will be in the Mount Rainier/Hood rooms
- 1:30 PM – Classroom Education
- 3:00 PM – Anniversary Reception with cake and coffee in the lobby area
- 6:00 PM – Meet & Greet, no-host bar and social hour
- 7:00 PM – Banquet
VENDORS:
We will have approximately 10 sponsoring vendors on site with products, clothing and tack available – bring your checkbooks and debit/credit cards for some great Holiday shopping opportunities!
USDF University Credit:
USDF University Credit costs $5.00 – please fill out appropriate paperwork at the registration desk.

If you have not yet pledged or sent your auction item in, please try to check it in with her no later than 5 PM on Saturday.

FACILITY:

DevonWood Equestrian Centre
25033 SW Pacific Highway, Sherwood, OR 97132
Directions:
From I-5: take the Sherwood/Tualatin exit, #289. West on Nyberg Road (Nyberg Road becomes Tualatin/Sherwood Highway) and go five miles to Highway 99W. Turn south and go three miles to 25033 SW Pacific Highway, on your right just past Brookman/Chapman Road.
From HWY 99W/Newberg: head towards Sherwood on Hwy 99W, make a U-Turn on Chapman Road, take the first right into the driveway.
PARKING:
Please follow the instructions of the parking crew. Be prepared to walk up the hill.
TIMES:
- Registration desk will open at 7:30 AM
- Clinic scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM
- Lunch will be a half an hour
- Clinic is scheduled to end between 4:30/5:00 PM
LUNCH:
Lunch will be available onsite for purchase directly from DevonWood for $5.00 (sandwich, chips, drink – cash/exact change will be appreciated) or you can brown bag it or leave/come back. There will be some tables/chairs set up in the DevonWood Clubhouse.
VENDORS:
We will have approximately 10 sponsoring vendors on site with products, clothing and tack available – bring your checkbooks and debit/credit cards for some great Holiday shopping opportunities!
SEATING:
ODS and DevonWood will be providing 200 folding chairs and then there are approximately 100 seats available in the bleachers. You may want to bring your own chair.
