Please into your USDF online account and vote for two ODS Directors at Large and one Regional Representative.  If you have not yet used your USDF login, it is located at the top, right hand side of the USDF homepage – http://usdf.org/.

When you log in, the USDF system will ask you which ODS Region you live in – North, Central, South or East.

After you make your selection, the computer will automatically direct you to your ballot.  If you do not wish to vote for someone listed, there is a selection for none of the above; if you wish to write-in a name, please be sure that the person is an ODS member and that the person will accept the position should they be voted in.

Voting will close IN ONE WEEK, October 21st  and the winners will be announced at the ODS General Membership Meeting which will be held on November 5th in Portland, OR.

Dear Oregon Dressage Society Members,

Be a part of the governance of ODS and vote for the candidate of your choice in our upcoming Director at Large and Regional Representative Elections.

As a part of Oregon Dressage Society’s ongoing Going Green Initiative, our board voted favorably to amend our policies/procedures to allow for elections to be conducted online.  As a cost savings measure, we have partnered with USDF and they are hosting our secure online election.

TO VOTE:

Starting today, when you log into your USDF online account, it will ask you which ODS Region you live in – North, Central, South or East.

After you make your selection, the computer will automatically direct you to your ballot where you will vote for the candidate for Regional Representative of your Region as well as vote for ODS Directors at Large.

Voting will close on October 21^st and the winners will be announced at the ODS General Membership Meeting which will be held on November 5^th at the ODS Fall Festival in Portland, OR.

If you experience ANY technical difficulties, PLEASE report them to the ODS Office and we can get your account reset online or we can provide you with a paper ballot.

DON’T WANT TO VOTE ONLINE BUT STILL WISH TO PARTICIPATE?

All members without an e-mail address on record are having paper ballots mailed to them today – if you also wish to receive a paper ballot, please request one from the ODS Office ASAP – paper ballots must be postmarked no later than October 18^th.

ADMISSION TO THE ODS GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING IS FREE – if you wish to attend the other educational sessions, you must register and pay the fee to attend.  If you have any questions about this, please contact the ODS Office at (503) 681-2337.  Details about the ODS Fall Festival may be obtained at www.oregondressage.com/banquet.html.
