The ODS Office produces only 2 publications that accept commercial advertising on an annual basis - the ODS Omnibus and the ODS Roster.

Deadlines for SHOW LISTINGS:

  • October 15th - Placement Deadline
  • October 16th - November 10th - Add $30 Late Fee
  • November 11th thru Publication date - Add $60 Late Fee, and listings only accepted if space is available - please call the ODS Office to inquire

Deadlines for ADVERTISEMENTS:

  • October 15th - Placement Deadline
  • October 16th - November 10th - Add $20 Late Fee
  • November 11th thru Publication Date - Add $40 Late Fee, and advertisements only accepted if space is available and publication has not gone to print - please call the ODS Office to inquire

Please do your best to meet the deadlines for the 2008 ODS Regional Omnibus. If you are waiting on an element (Judge, License Number, Location, etc.), then please send your application to our office incomplete and update it ASAP in writing via mail, e-mail or fax rather than pay late fees.

Final TBA information must be received in writing (mail, fax or e-mail) to the ODS Office by November 20th, please.
