Regional Omnibus
If your competition was listed in last year's Omnibus…
Mark small changes directly on a copy of last year's specifications. (You don't have to retype anything!) Fill out application, enclose payment and mail to ODS Office.
For new shows or greatly revised shows…
Contact the ODS Office to discuss the best option for us both. If you're rewriting a show, specifications for the previous year can guide you in your detailed descriptions of levels, awards, entries, etc. Please add your USDF and/or USEF recognition number(s). Fill out application, enclose payment and mail to ODS Office.
Tips…
Make your descriptions brief, but exact; if your specifications run over three pages, you'll be charged an additional $60.00 per page.
You can save space by referring readers to the General Show Rules (included in the Omnibus) instead of repeating them in you Prize List. These rules will be included in each Omnibus. You may refer readers to "See General Shows" or note "General Show Rules apply".
Including Logos…
Please send a clear black/white copies of your logo, measuring 1 inch by 1 inch at 600 DPI.
Important Points…
- Type or print clearly. (Don't make us guess!)
- Do not retype your entire prize list and submit without any distinguishing marks; we cannot directly import MS Word or E-mailed text without reformatting.
- Practice (schooling) shows that don't qualify for USEF, USDF, or GMO’s approval will be included in the Omnibus for the same fee as approved shows. The show date must conform to USEF/USDF and/or GMO show approval guidelines.
- Note name of competition on top of each page.
- Recheck spellings of names. Show management is responsible for correctly submitting judges names, facility names, towns, etc - our editing volunteers do not check these.
- Don't forget the rating or license level of your show officials, including TDs!
- Include area codes and zip codes (recommend zip plus 4 starting with 2011). Double-check them.
- You are responsible for editing your own prize list. Double-check and correct typo's spelling errors, and any other changes. If discovered after you have approved your prize list, our office will fix, however, it willbe counted as "additions" and you'll be billed accordingly.
- Include judges and TD on your prize list. TBA's can be filled in until final deadline at no additional cost.
- All shows appearing in the yellow/purple/green sections must be ODS Approved.
Deadline...
September 1, 2012 with all TBAS must be reported by November 1, 2012 (note - fee may apply).
